You may return items in new, unworn condition for a full refund if initiated within 30 days of delivery for shipped orders—or 30 days from purchase if in-store.
Items marked "Final Sale" are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable.
Returns are not accepted for worn merchandise.
Return Methods & Shipping Fees
You can generate a pre-paid UPS label at footwearetc.com/returns.
Rewards members pay $9.95 for return shipping using the label.
Non‑members pay a flat fee of $12.95.
Insurance is included with the label. All return shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Return labels are ONLY available for addresses in the 50 U.S. states (not available for U.S. territories or military addresses).
Alternative Methods
You may use your own shipping method—just ensure it's trackable and insured.

Be sure to include your receipt and refund request note.
Do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping container. Attaching tape or labels to it will result in a minimum $10 re‑boxing fee per item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted either in-store or via mail.
Exchanging in-store helps you save on return shipping fees, though inventory may vary by location. To exchange by mail, first place a new order online or by phone, then return the original item for a refund. Same re-boxing restrictions apply as for returns.
Refund Processing & Timing
Refunds are typically processed within one week of receiving the return at the warehouse.
Once processed, your bank may take up to 10 business days to post the credit.
